Pendulum Summoning Thread

This is a thread that can be used to post about Pendulum summoning, with tips, new card releases, whatever you want.

First order of business; the new awesome dragon and it's two awesome support cards!

"Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" seems like a pretty cool card, and is supported by "Magician of Astromancy" and "Magician of Chronomancy", which are both Spellcaster Pendulum Monsters, and are used to both summon the dragon AND stop the opponent from using Spells and Traps when it attacks! Also I would like to point out that the Dragon has the same atk and def as the other protagonist's key monsters, 2500 atk and 2000 def:

Yugi: Dark Magician
Jaden: Elemental HERO Neos
Yusei: Stardust Dragon
Yuma: Number 39: Utopia

So maybe this will be the protagonist's key card? I don't know, just putting it out there.

But seriously, I came up with a great idea about Pendulum summoning as soon as I saw the two Pendulum Magicians, SPELLBOOK PENDULUM!!! I came up with this when they were announced so I get credit :P

But seriously, I reckon it could be an EPIC deck, pendulum summoning Priestess FTW!!!

i can confirm that the pendulums count as spell cards (when used as pendulums) and when destroyed (as either pendulum or monster) they go to the extra deck and are summoned by pendulum summoning.


also i would like to add, like zexal, arc will have two versions of the protagonist's key monster (utopia and utopia ray, now odd-eyes dragon and odd-eyes pendulum dragon).

Yeah, I've been play testing on YGOpro, Pendulums are EPIC. Odd-Eyes Dragon sucks, but Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon is TOO GOOD. Seriously, it's broken as hell! When Pendulum summoning comes out, MST will need to be run at 3 tbh, to stop massive OTKs.
